Data Centre Axis
Private intelligence

Track the market privately, before you act publicly.

A large data centre move leaves a trail across planning, grid, water, tender and company records. Data Centre Axis reads those records for verified clients, but the signal console and saved searches are not open public pages.

The problem

The public record moves faster than you can read it.

Dozens of sources

Federal and state planning portals, grid operators, tender systems and exchange filings, each in its own format and cadence.

No single view

A single hyperscale site can touch grid, planning, water and environmental records months apart. Nobody joins them up.

Slow to surface

Manual monitoring means you find out when a deal is already done, not when the first filing lands.

Private console

The intelligence engine is gated.

The public site can talk about the methodology. The actual signal feed, candidate-site ranking, saved searches and opportunity routes stay private until verification.

Saved searches by region, operator, capacity, asset class and source
Signal review queue before anything reaches a client brief
Entity-level public records only, with individual names excluded
Private routing for mandates, buyers, funders and sellers
Alerts

Set a watch. We do the rest.

1

Define the mandate

We capture the market, geography, capacity, transaction and timing criteria you actually care about.

2

Review the record

Planning, grid, tender, water, company and operator signals are linked into a sourced private brief.

3

Route the next step

You receive a private alert, diligence pack or introduction route when the signal matches the mandate.

What you get

Sourced, classified, mapped.

Six public-record sources at launch

AEMO and network grid data, EPBC referrals, the NSW Planning Portal, ACT planning, AusTender and ASX operator news.

AI classification, confidence-scored

Each record is scored for relevance. Low-confidence items go to human review before anything is published.

Geocoded and operator-linked

Every signal maps to a location and, where possible, to the operator behind it.

Co-located signal clustering

Signals at the same site are grouped over time. That cluster becomes the site's history.

Private saved searches

Filter by region, operator, signal type or capacity threshold inside the gated client workflow.

Briefs instead of open feeds

Clients receive private alerts and sourced briefs. The signal feed is not published on the open web.

Who tracks what

Built for everyone in the deal.

REITs & infrastructure funds

Find powered land, acquisition routes and operating-market context before a public process starts.

Operators & hyperscalers

Monitor competitors, expansion markets and site constraints through a private mandate-led workflow.

Developers

Validate demand, source funding or buyers, and support a site narrative with public-record diligence.

Brokers & advisors

Corroborate a site's history and identify credible counterparties without publishing the opportunity.

Tracking, answered.

How current are the signals?

Sources are polled on their own cadence: tenders and operator news frequently, planning and grid on a daily-to-weekly basis. New signals are classified and published as they arrive.

How do you decide what is data-centre related?

A rule-based filter removes obvious noise, then a model scores each record for relevance. Anything below the confidence threshold is reviewed by a person before it appears.

Can I track a specific operator or region?

Yes, once verified. Saved searches cover region, operator, signal type and capacity threshold inside the private workflow.

Do you show individuals' names?

No. We show entity and operator names only. Individuals named in public filings are anonymised, and we run a takedown process.

Tell us what you need to watch.

Verified clients get private market intelligence, saved-search logic and sourced briefs tied to their mandate.
