Australia (ASIC). Phase 1 of Data Centre Axis is a market-intelligence service only, there is no financial product, no advice, and no money flows through the platform. The deal network facilitates introductions between verified parties and does not execute transactions. We are obtaining legal review of any future feature that could require an AFSL or real-estate licence; such features will not go live until appropriately licensed or exempt.

Other regions. Deal-flow features in each region will be issued under its regulator before going live, the UK (FCA), New Zealand (FMA), South Africa (FSCA) and Greece (HCMC). Until then, regional pages provide market intelligence only and route any transaction to Australia.

Data sources. Signals are derived from public registers and government portals, attributed to source. We honour source terms and removal requests.
