Data Centre Axis
About

The data centre market is the most capital-intensive boom in a generation, and the least legible.

Every data centre decision leaves a public trace. A planning application, a grid-connection enquiry, a water filing, a tender. But those traces sit across dozens of government portals, unstructured and slow. Today it takes a specialist analyst days to reconstruct what is happening at a single site.

The assets themselves change hands off-market, through four or five brokers. If you are not in that circle, you do not see the deal.

Data Centre Axis does both jobs. We turn the public record into a continuous intelligence layer, and we use that intelligence to power a confidential deal network between verified buyers and sellers. By the time an asset is listed, its multi-year history is already assembled, so the due-diligence pack is largely written.

We are Australia-first, and multi-region by design.

Part of the Axis network

Data Centre Axis runs on a shared signals engine, the same infrastructure behind Tender Axis. One ingestion-and-classification core, with focused products on top.

Why it is defensible

The moat is the history.

A signal record no one can copy

By the time an asset lists, the platform has tracked its planning, grid and water history for years. That history is the due-diligence pack. A competitor starting today cannot reproduce it.

Directory, advisory and introductions in one place

Public pages build market reach. Private workflows handle site sourcing, funding routes, buyer matching and introductions.

Provenance, not opinion

Every signal links to the public record it came from. You verify it yourself, rather than trusting a summary.

Confidential by design

Visibility tiers and two-sided verification let sellers list without tipping the market and let buyers reach real assets.
