Services and information. Data Centre Axis provides site finding, market research and manually arranged industry introductions. It does not provide brokerage or financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Directory figures should be verified with the operator before relying on them.

Confidential enquiries. Data Centre Axis accepts market, site and asset enquiries for manual review. Where both parties agree, it may make an introduction.

Direct terms agreement. Counterparties negotiate and agree their transaction terms directly. Data Centre Axis confirms the defined scope of any advisory assignment directly with the client before work begins.

Geographic scope of services. Data Centre Axis provides published services and structured research covering Australia and the United Kingdom. While Data Centre Axis accepts enquiries and undertakes bespoke research for assets, operators, and capacity buyers in other jurisdictions, the receipt or execution of such enquiries does not constitute the operation of an established regional service, nor does it guarantee the ongoing availability of platform coverage in those territories.

Directory profiles. Directory profiles are independent research. Inclusion does not imply a network relationship or endorsement. The directory is an editorial snapshot, not a live availability feed: a facility appearing in it does not mean capacity is available, an asset is for sale or its technical specification has been independently audited.

No warranty on submitted information. Information supplied by applicants, owners or advisers is not independently guaranteed. Verify the underlying records and appoint qualified advisers before making a decision.
