This policy explains how Data Centre Axis handles personal information. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and, where we collect data from those regions, the UK/EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we publish. Our intelligence is derived from public records. We show entity and operator names only, individual persons named in public filings are anonymised. We operate a takedown process for individuals.

What we collect. Details you provide via our forms (name, company, email, mandate) to assess access and contact you. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Under GDPR you also have rights to portability and to object to processing; under POPIA, to object and to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
