This policy explains how Data Centre Axis handles information collected through site interactions, source-backed directory research and direct enquiries regarding data centre sites, capacity, capital and advisory requirements across Australia, the United Kingdom and international markets.

What we publish. Directory entries reference company and operator names compiled from publicly accessible records and corporate disclosures. Contact details submitted through enquiries are treated confidentially and are never published as directory entries or public opportunity listings.

What we collect. Enquiry forms collect your name, email, company, professional role, target geography, timing and requirement details covering sites, capacity, capital or advisory needs. We collect only the information necessary to evaluate your submission and contact you. We do not request sensitive identity documents or financial credentials.

How we use enquiries. Submitted details are used to review requirements, respond to enquiries and evaluate commercial suitability. Contacts are grouped internally by self-stated opportunity type and geography to help our team assess relevant introductions. Information is not enrolled in automatic marketing broadcasts or shared publicly.

Service providers. Website enquiries are processed using Cloudflare infrastructure and Resend for email notifications. To manage and respond to communications, Data Centre Axis may also use GoHighLevel to record enquiry details and stated interests. These service providers operate globally and may process or store your information overseas, including in the United States. No automated marketing broadcasts are enabled.

Sharing information. Data Centre Axis does not sell personal data. Requirements may initially be discussed with potential counterparties in a non-identifying format. Personal and identifying contact details are shared only after you provide explicit agreement to the introduction.

Retention. Enquiry records are retained for as long as necessary to address your request and manage agreed follow-up discussions. You may request the deletion of your contact details or ask our team to end communication at any time by emailing [email protected].

Analytics and preferences. Website analytics are routed to PostHog servers in the European Union to assess site usage. The service honours Do Not Track browser signals, and session recording is disabled. Selected regional preferences are held in local browser storage.
